display the welcome text

I just can't find a way to display the welcome text on the homepage.

Surely that should be possible?

You can edit the Homepage Topic Text
Admin > Content Management > Topics
Edit HomepageText

you are not running multistores with it limited to one store ?
What theme are you using - maybe the theme does not display it ?

Yes, I think so. I stay in contact to the theme developers and look myself how I can fix it.

Walter, when you resolve the issue with the developers I would appreciate if you give us a small recap as to how it was resolved and what theme you were using.

Yes, the problem is solved. While going through the source code I noticed that in the theme the display of the "welcome text" was off-marked. The theme is "Nobel" by "nopAccelerate".

mediasettings.defaultpicturezoomenabled
