Gift card message template

Hello everyone

Currently our store only sends a giftcard email notification to the recipient’s email, my supervisor has asked that the email gets sent to the sender(the person that bought the gift card)  as well, so in the giftcard.notification message template, in the BCC input field i added %Sender.Email% token so that the sender can receive the email as a confirmation, but the message just stays in the que and never gets sent, but when there is no BCC the recipient does receive the email…

Please help me

you can not use token at CC/BCC field. you need to customize code.
if you go to message queue -> edit . you will find not replaced token at bcc
