"Craigslist", "BuyAndSell", etc module

Hello!

I want to have a feature where instead of going through Admin as Vendors, the owner would be able to enter the Product from the top menu.

Are there any commercial modules for this?  Any suggestion on how-to?

Sorry for the confusion - I should have said Vendor instead of Owner.

I would like to work so that say I logged into the site and I had something I wanted to sell I could enter in all the Product info, pictures, etc without going to the Admin section.
