Excellent plugin and outstanding support
This plugin is valuable especially when moving from another ecommerce storefront such as I did. It helps see and mitigate the 404's with ease. The developer is extremely responsive and timely to suggestions and improvements to the plugins such as this as I requested a sort by count so I could see the highest repeat offenders. I also use the Stripe direct, special offers and several other plugins that have been outstanding as well. Highly recommend this vendor's plugins.

Great Plugin
Works like a charm. I've been using it for years. I made a mistake by accidentally inserting a * in front of the URL and that caused an issue, but their Tech support is second to none. They helped me to get the issue fixed with quick and easy instructions. I highly recommend them and use many of their plugins.

Doesn't work
Simply fails to do the job. Our site is on Nop 4.3.
Whether relative or absolute URL, neither redirected using the 301 or 307 types. Didn't bother trying any other types because we don't need them.

FoxNetSoft has the best support! URL Redirect manager
We've used several plug ins from this company and when I searched for a URL redirect plug in, there were two to choose from. However, the plug in from FoxNetSoft did not support my version on NOP. I emailed asking if they had a URL redirect plug-in that supported my version and within 15 hours, I had it up and running on my website. This company has an amazing work ethic and even better products! I will ALWAYS search out FoxNetSoft plugins!

Great product and great support!
Support was willing to work with me while I was in development mode prior to production mode in getting a serial number that works for both. This product also allows for bulk uploading of 301 redirects via csv file. Importing 1600 rewrite rules was a piece of cake.

Issue and Support
There is an issue at least with the 3.9 plugin which causes a problem in redirecting .htm and .html paths using the plugin.
Support was great to work with and they did come up with a work around that worked for us.

Nice plugin and great support!
I had a bit of trouble using non ascii characters within the redirects. When I contacted support they responded quickly and released a new version of the plugin.

Excellent Customer Service
I've had issues or questions several times in the 6 months or so we've been using FoxNetSoft products, and every time I've received a prompt response.
They are quick with a fix if needed, but more often it has just been something on my end that I needed to do differently (conflict with other plugins..installation order, etc). FoxNetSoft has always helped me get right to the bottom of it quickly.

Great Plugin & Great Customer Service
We've purchased a few plugins from FoxNetSoft, including this URL Redirect Manager one, and have had no problems with any of them. Any questions that we've had have been answered quickly and knowledgably. FoxNetSoft has also helped us out a lot with keys for our testing and staging environments so that we can fully test everything along the way.

Excellent Plugin and Support

Great Plugin to redirect Google Result
This plugin is great. My client has stores that have multiple similar items and google removes some of the results because they are similar in content (same item, but some are different conditions). The store owner can choose to direct the results to a particular item of which is still in stock. Item works great to redirect dead links as well.
