Very nice!

QUESTIONS:

1. Does it allow for the "ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE" option?
2. Does it allow for CHECKOUT ATTRIBUTES?
3. Does it allow the "SHIPPING ESTIMATOR" to be displayed?
4. Will it be available in nop version 2.5?

Yes, because these options belong to the previous (shopping cart) page.

I have suggestions for a real onepagecheckout. See the screens below (examples of actual stores):

Were based on the extension for Magento called OneStepcheckout (http://www.onestepcheckout.com/)

There are real cases of the stores that have implemented this and increased sales by over 100%. NopCommerce will give an step implementing it natively (no plugin).

I agree. The onestepcheckout.com version is the best one. It provides everything nicely on one screen (coupon, order notes, billing/shipping, etc). Thanks for sharing. This should be native to nopCommerce

I downloaded the work item.

I am sure this will make me sound stupid, but I do not know how to implement it.

Where do I copy the files to?

Eduardo,

Thank you, I did not know that.

Still, in reading the text file in the Item, I got the impression that I just needed to copy the files somewhere and alter the routes file.
