Hello,

If a shoppers places an order using "anonymous checkout" (does not create an account and login to shop)... How would they make a Return Request?  I don't see a way for that to happen.

Can anyone please comment?  The store owner does not want shoppers to be required to create an account in order to place an order.  Is there a work around for this that will let the store owner use the built-in RMA system for returns requested from shoppers that do not have accounts?

Thanks,

Hi,

You should probably list "Online RMA requests" as an advantage of registering and not checking out as a guest. Logic dictates that if they don't have an account, they can't access their order online and therefore cannot make an online RMA request.

You'll have to do it through another contact method (email, phone etc.)
