Refund policy

Since our nopCommerce software and services are non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded. Please make sure, before buying a product, that you have read carefully the description, specifications and all other information published on the product page of the product, which you intend to buy and that you have carefully tested the demo of the product.

Please note that despite our non-refundable policy we still keep an open mind to individual cases and will carefully examine every individual claim for a refund. So, if you really believe that you have good reasons to be refunded for your purchase please send an email to our sales team and they will do their best to resolve your case.
