Installation woes: 4.90.3 nosource, locally

18 часов назад
Trying to install 4.90.3 nosource locally on Win10/IIS/SQLExpress.

1) ZIP downloaded, 'unblocked'
2) Copied file to IIS folder under C:/inetpub
3) Created new 'site' in IIS Manage pointed at above folder.
4) Try to access site and get this error:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

I'm guessing that this line in web.config is supposed to start 'Nop.Web.exe' but can't find it. I tried turning on the stdoutLogEnabled but get no log file generated. I have searched and found similar errors to what I am seeing but nothing seems to match my situation. I'm sure I am overlooking something simple. Thanks for any help.

<aspNetCore requestTimeout="23:00:00" processPath=".\Nop.Web.exe" arguments="" forwardWindowsAuthToken="false" stdoutLogEnabled="false" stdoutLogFile=".\logs\stdout" startupTimeLimit="3600" hostingModel="InProcess"></aspNetCore>

Most likely Webconfig needs to be edited to remove WebDAV
See my Webconfig here https://selectsystems.com.au/content/web.config.txt
If thats not the problem setup stdout logging
See https://www.selectsystems.com.au/checking-for-errors-on-a-new-installation-of-nopcommerce

Thanks for your help. I saw you hint about removing WebDAV but I did not realize you meant delete those lines in web.config (I thought the 'remove' in there was doing what you were recommending.) Anyhow, even with your web.config the same problem. I did enable logging and this is what I get. Tried with both Edge and Firefox for good measure.

Also, if I try to access any icon in IIS Manager Features view I get message box that says:
There was an error while performing this operation.
Details:
Filename:\\?\C:\inetpub\NOPNS\web.config
Error:

Gotta love error messages that tell you nothing :)

If I remove web.config I get a different error because it can't find the file. This leads me to believe that the file is indeed found but IIS does not like it but refuses to say why. Probably some silly configuration issue but it has thus far escaped me.
