Links are displaying wrongly

I have recently installed 2.1 on my site and when I went to configure it I started getting extended links eg Admin.Products and Admin.Customers, etc in the Admin section It is also happening on the website itself with PRODUCTS.NEWPRODUCTS and ACCOUNT.MYACCOUNT.

Can't find anything on the settings that would cause this.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for that - normality has been restored!

I now have 75,000 plus error messages generated from the problem - is there any quick way to delete them?  I have tried 'clear log' but is taking forever - over 1 hour already!

Connect to your database and execute the following SQL: "DELETE * FROM [Log]"
