Need Help: Installation of NopCommerce V 2.30

I have been trying to install nopCommerce V 2.30 on my new domain, I have created the new database in my hosting panel for this purpose, but during the installation I was facing the following error on the screen last night:

I left it as it was, and now I am trying to install it again after 7 hours, Now the following error is displaying on the screen.

•Setup failed: System.Exception: Database does not exist or you don't have permissions to connect to it at Nop.Web.Controllers.InstallController.Index(InstallModel model) in d:\Trial\Trial nopcommerce v2.30\Presentation\Nop.Web\Controllers\InstallController.cs:line 399

After facing this error, I have deleted the previous database and created new one on my hosting but still the same error is displaying, I have cleared the cache / history of Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox, and I tried to install it but the same problem exist.

Kindly assist me, How can I install the NopCommerce V 2.30 from the beginning and how can I prevent this issue? If I am doing anything wrong, please guide me to sort out this issue.

I am having a similar problem.  I purchased the User Guide as well.  I am going step by step .

I uploaded the files extracted files (nopCommerce 2.30 (no source)) to my web directory, created the database but the installation files will not run.  Continue to get error message "NOT FOUND" for my web brouser. Where is the install file??
