v2.3 - Where can I amend the text that appears in cart and checkout areas?

Hi

Could someone point me the right direction please, i'm using v 2.3 and have the source code to review but i'm new to Razor ... I would like to amend the text that appears on Cart, /checkout/billingaddress, checkout/paymentmethods, and checkout/confirm pages.

Any help re which area of source contains the text would be appreciated.

Think the answer may be within Configuration / Languages area ...
