I can think of 2 types of multistore functionality, describing in 2 scenarios-
Scenario 1 In this scenario, domain name is one for all multi stores.
For instance, the main store is www.top-nop.com , multistores can include www.top-nop.com/books , www.top-nop.com/electronics and more. This scenario assumes the following features: Admin – will be store admin as well as super admin who can supervise all stores Customer Sharing: Not possible Cart Sharing: Not possible Checkout page: will be different for each of the stores Product and Category: will be different for each of the stores
Scenario 2 In this scenario, there is the use of subdomain for all the stores
For instance, multistores are books.top-nop.com and electronics.top-nop.com This scenario assumes the following features: Admin – will be only store admin but there will be one super admin who can access all stores Customer Sharing: Not possible Cart Sharing: Not possible Checkout page: will be different for each of the stores Product and Category: will be different for each of the stores
Please confirm, which scenario we able to achieve now

None of them. What Hezyz developed is more a multi-vendor: one store, one design and skin, one cart, one checkout, customer sharing, one super admin, N suppliers Each one has and admin for managing a category with his products, and to manage the portion of orders which contain his products.
in the demo site , when click to stores to see products under stores , just first page products are working , other pages not working and show error page .
