Need help getting my website up and open

Hi, I am needing help getting my website open. I need help with the shipping and getting Paypal to attach or plugin. I have my products on the site and had more to add this weekend and I started getting error messages. I do not have a clue on how to debug. I have nopcommerce 1.9.
