how to configure USPS Mail Methods ?

I have the newest nop and I have to say that so far it is great.  I would like to be able to change which methods of usps shipping is available to the customer.  This question was posted before but no-one replied the the person.

I would like to be able to shut down some of the shipping methods that I know tha I will not be using ie; Media Mail.

Please let me know how to do that or at least what file of the source code that I need to alter in order to have that effect.

1. Open Solution\Shipping\Nop.Shipping.USPS\USPSComputationMethod.cs file
2. Filter returned shipping options in ParseResponse() method

Is it possible to do if I installed No Source version, not the full one?
I have the full one on my computer and I found the file you were talking about, but I don't know  where I should put this file in the shorter version.
