I need the ability to handle local delivery for orders. I created a single shipping method called "Delivery" that uses the shipping by total option. It's great, except I don't want the user to have to select that option, since there is only 1.
Anyone know of a way to skip the shipping page and just have the delivery charge show up on the payment page?
