Mail settings - not sending test mail

I have set the host, port (25) user and password and I am getting this error
Transaction failed. The server response was: Sending address not accepted due to spam filter
Can anyone help me?

I am getting the same error message using webhost4life using version 1.40.  Can someone help?

If you are using IIS 7, you may also consider setting up parameters for SMTP Email.

Uncheck the box "Use default credentials: "
and it will start working

Mine is working now. I switched to medium trust and put in the correct smtp credentials. The username should be the entire email address of an established mail account.
