Thanks for sharing with the community. I definitely agree with you and I am sure all of us are willing to help you out if we can. It is sad that it came to this...I thought for sure that they would add the powered by nopcommerce when notified.
This would be an international case since you are in Russia and they are in Germany, right? Could it be challenging to go after them because of this? Could you file a claim in Russia or would you have to do it in Germany or in some international court?

I found a Lawyer in California,
Gary Fergus, that is a Intellectual Property and copyright Attorney. It says on his website that he has experience helping software developers and programmers protect their original source code from copyright infringement... Just found him on the web, but it might be worth looking into.
Also, Lawyers.com might be a good place to search. They have a list of Intellectual Property law firms
here.
My guess is that any law firm you go with is going to be terribly expensive. Maybe you should set up a fundraising page so the whole nopcommerce community can help out.
