Changing the Caption Manufacturer to Contributor

Hi,
Where do I change the Side Menu button captions, I understand that it would be in localisation, but i cannot find it for looking.

I want to change Manufacturer to Contributor so each Contributor has thier own set of products

Go to backend > Content Management > Localization. Modify 'Manufacturer.Manufacturers' locale string
