Add Stock QTY to Combo attribute pull down menu store front

Hi,
I'm looking to get a price quote from anyone that can add an option to the pull-down menu on the storefront side for the Combo Attribute pull down menu. I need the attribute menu to show QTY in stock and Display out of stock for items that have 0 QTY available.
