Cannot continue in One Page Checkout..

Hello nopCommunity, has anyone encountered issues with the one page checkout where they are unable to select the shipping address? When checking out with items in the cart, selecting the Billing Address and then clicking continue, the page is redirected from /onepagecheckout to /cart.. This allows me to accept the terms and begin checkout again.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you, nopCommunity! And yes, this is a great product.. ( =

I have same issue.Error is saying that USPS has changed from Rate V3 to Rate V4.
Any solution?Thank you

USPS Error returned: Error Desc: API Disabled: RateV3. The RateV3 API is no longer available. Please follow the "RateV3 to RateV4" transition guide in the announcements section at www.usps.com/webtools to migrate to the latest version or contact your software provider or shipping administrator for assistance.

Above is the message on checkout page. But ONLY for domestic shipments,International is fine ,no errors. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
