Price increase with a start date

I am trying to find a solution to a price change we would like to go into effect Jan 1, 2015.  I would like to get it loaded so at 12:01 on January 1 it goes into effect without having to touch every single item on January 1.  Is there such a solution?

You could use:
Special price
Special price start date
Special price end date

(Note - I think the dates are UTC)

We are actually making a increase to the price.  Sorry I didn't mention that in the original post.

Try the inverse way: Set present price as special price (from now to  Dec 31 23:59) and then future price as the regular price. I ignore if both will be displayed in product detail. I ignore if both will be displayed
