It would be really awesome if the images could be assigned a "type", which would be user definable on a global level.
E.g. I'd like to allow upload of shots of rings from different angles.. and write a custom control to display my product.
In my case, types of "left", "right", "top" would make sense.. or for other items like electronics perhaps "front", "rear" .. would make sense..
