Finally going live

We are a coffee roaster. We wholesale and retail to the public. I have made a lot of changes to this site including:

- Look and feel
- New catalog and product templates
- Single page checkout
- New menu system
- Customer notes on order creation
- Coffee production management in Admin
- Call in orders in Admin
- Templated attributes for ease of creating new grind attributes
- List driven order management (more details in the order list, change status, print invoice all from list )

Plus some database customizations (new fields, changed some procs to work better with our functions).

Any and all feedback would be appreciated.
