the speed of open web site is slow in our local(asia), is cause by web hosting company or Nopcommence itself?

the famous hosting company discountasp.net (its data centre provider is based in LA or around)  has very slow connection from Asia while ServerIntellectual (Denver based) provides astonishing speedy connection to Asian web shoppers. Nothing to do with great product NopCommerce.

I have tested around more than 50 web hosting companies...and most are based in LA or around. All of them have very slow connection from Asia. Web hosting companies blame user end or under sea cables or data center providers..Data center providers totally ignore any network speed issues as saying their system don't alert any problem so far.

Is there a form for submitting NopCommerce sites in live showcases?

just a question from a n00b that is trying to learn, can I be bale to create a page like these using just the styles sheet? or does it look like i need to modify the source code to get it to this level, man these pages are beautiful, also do you know of any of these companies that are looking to sell their themes?
