NOP 3.60 Affiliate issue

We have 90 consultants and I have to register them all one by one in consultant tree. all was good and registration of downline was assigned good, but after that recruits get their personal url, they are assigned now under themself lol. Probably after they clicked on their own link. How to solve this?

Anyone here to help with affiliate issue?

You can unassign a customer from an affiliate by going the cutomer details page and clicking "Remove affiliate" button

Cause there is issue when customer register on website and when I create affiliate for that customer she/he is assigned to herself/himself.

You could try masquerading as the customer you want to reassign, and while logged in as that customer, visit the affiliate URL of the affiliate you want to assign him to. That should attach it to that account shouldn't it?

I have to figure out something cause this made me a big issue with 90 consultants cause some of them clicked on link from other customers and they r resigned to other upline now and downline going to wrong upline lol.
