Html, Javasript and more...

Hi,

Please help me, where can I put in nopCommerce the html links to my html sites and the Javascripts for headermenue and other stuff.

Your header menu would be place in the HeaderMenu.ascx file located in the Modules folder.  The links to other sites could be placed in custom block that you may create.  Look at how the CategoryNavigation.ascx is laid out for an example to create another block.  After you have created your custom block, you can add it to your Master Page.
