Froogle Instructions

I'm new to nopcommerce and to froogle. I was looking at the Promotions > Providers > Froogle. Can someone please provide me with instructions on how to use this feature?

Is Froogle now called Google Product Search or Merchant Center?

Also, how do you add the feed to Google?
