Thanks for replying (and love the website!)

60 days trial looks good but after talking to their chat agent not all the hosting components and features are available in the trial so not realistic testing.

Got all the answers (and reassurances) we needed via chat - man those guys are fast at responding.  Hardly any waiting time.  I strongly suspect their support is outsourced and value customer service.

Looking good so far.

Thanks J, will do.  They have a 60 day money back guarantee for their bigger plans so you know I will be testing the app and hammering the server (ahem, within reason).
