Cybersource payment module gateway URL problem

Hi nopCommerce team,
I am testing CYBERSOURCE PAYMENT MODULE.
The default payment gateway url is given: https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/orderform.jsp
But when I try this, I get this error.

This webpage is not available

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have also searched lots of links. But dont find gateway url reference.
Where do I find this url?

Try one of the following URL - https://support.cybersource.com/cybskb/index?page=content&id=C393. Please let me know which one works for you. You can also contact Cybersource support if it doesn't help. Maybe, their URLs have been changed

We still haven't updated the plugin. Just writing to let you know that we moved all of our plugins to github (including cybersource one). The work item is here. We'll update it a bit later
