Create discount rules for vendors

I want the discount rule for vendors. I will align discount coupon to vendors and if user apply that promo code then it will be applied to products which are aligned to that vendors.

Go to Requirements to a discount and set must be assigned to a customer role.

It is unavailable out of the box and requires customization. Though we have this task planned.
