Configuration of Shippinh help

Hi,

I want to implement the following weight based shipping situation, can anyone help and advise whether it is possible on the current prebuilt shipping templates or would i have to create my own. If so can anyone help me to do this?

0-10KG £11.59
11-20KG £13.29
21-100KG additional .38p per KG
101+KG additional .45p per KG

I have the same challenge. Anyone?

currently, you would have to set up shipping brackets for each eg

0-10KG £11.59
11-20KG £13.29
20- 21KG £13.67  
22- 22KG    etc etc
