Upgrade from Nop Commerce 1.90 to 3.80

Hi  all


Is there any guidance any of you can provide for someone who uses NopCommerce 1.90 to upgrade all the way to 3.80?
Does it have to be a staged process? Is there a direct upgrade path?

Sounds like the answer is "No".

There seems to be the "staged" process, followed by iterations.  I've been wondering about that for a while, as we have several version 1.9 installations.

I can understand going from 1.9 to 2.0 (since it changed from asp.net to asp.net mvc.  After that however I'd have expected there to be a possible "one big update".

People like us with 1.9 versions sites will have to eventually upgrade though.  It may be time to try one on my local dev server to see how it goes.

Actually, the 1.9 to 2.0 script worked like a dream.

The upgrade path from 1.9 to 2.0 is a bit tricky, but works.
