Stop email validation when new user register

I want that when a new user register instead of validation mail just a simple welcome sent to him and When welcome mail sent to him, his account will automatically activated.

Hi,

you can disable the email validation by going to Administration -> Configuration -> Settings -> Customer Settings and set the "Registration method" setting to "Standard".
