Adding a merchant role

As a site admin, I want to us nopCommerce to handle many merchants and customers simultaneously.Can nopCommerce give this type pf functionality?
Simply put:
I need 3 types of users:
1)Admin
Manages the site, can add and delete merchants and customers
knows the details about payment and order
keeps track of customer and merchant complaint
2)Merchant
knows the details about the payment and order status
puts the details on site

3)Customers
make order
gets the details about order status

yes, nop can do this

Can you just give me the link to a similar post or just some detailed answer on how t do it, I am new to ecommerce and want to  learn.

I wish to setup a portal on similar guideline mentioned above.
Shall have Merchants to manage their own Inventory, products, pricing, Orders etc.

Is this possible with nopCommerce?

Is there any documentation available on this topic?
