Mailchimp Configuration

Hello there,

Before creating this topic, I did research the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question.

I installed Mail chimp plugin but when I try to configure I get an error which reads this:

"We'r sorry, an internal error occurred.

Our supporting staff has been notified of this error and will address the issue shortly.

Please try clicking your browsers "back" button or try reloading the home page.

If you continue to receive this message, please try again in a little while.

Thank you for your patience."

Please help.

Note: I think you should stop and then start application pool and iis it may solve your problem if it happens for cache issue.

I am afraid clearing the cache and subsequently logging back in didn't help.

Here is the error message from log.

Error executing child request for handler 'System.Web.Mvc.HttpHandlerUtil+ServerExecuteHttpHandlerAsyncWrapper'.

Yes, did that too.

After that I uninstalled mailchimp and installed back again.

After I enter the API Key, click next, I get the same error.
