Display prices with and without tax for different countries

Hi,
Is it possible to display prices and order totals without tax for some countries and with tax for others?
All customers from this country X shall see prices and order totals without tax. Customers from country Y shall see prices and order totals with tax.
Is this possible?

No, that's no possible and requires some customization (work item). You can put this logic into "TaxDisplayType" property of \Nop.Web.Framework\WebWorkContext.cs
