You can't use 3.80 compiled plugins (.dll) in 3.90.   You need source code and re-compile.  If you still have problems, post a new topic with details.

All the default (out of the box, if you meant it) plugins were updated simultaneously with nopCommerce. Other plugins developed by nopCommerce team will be updated as soon as possible.
The only plugins which are not updated yet are discount requirement plugins.
