I have a custom plugin that creates new line items (one per package) with the right dimensions/weight based on cart contents and passes that to the various shipping plugins (with the plugin set to one item per package). I can see the dimensions and weights being sent to FedEx when I debug, but the rates coming back are significantly less than the rates when we actually go to ship the package with the FedEx software.
Is anyone else seeing big discrepancies between the web service returned charges and when you actually go ship a package?
