NOP - Order Workflow Documentation

Hi

Have Nop created documentation showing the Order Processing Workflow? E.g.all the stages and statuses an order goes through from placing order to completing order.

If so where can I find it?

Thanks for your reply Sohel - I have seen that info before but sadly there is no flow diagram.

What I am asking is whether Nop already has a "default" order processing flow?
E.G. when an order is submitted and paid, does Nop give it a default "status" so that admin can see what stage the order is at and can decide at what points to trigger an email?

e.g. Pending>Progressing>Invoiced>despatched>complete

If you click the link in my first post you can see an example diagram of what I am looking for.

If anyone knows whether Nop have created a similar flow I would be grateful.
