The provided anti-forgery token error

Hi.
I have a serious problem with NopCommerce 3.7.
There appear in my system log thousand errors :

The provided anti-forgery token was meant for user "[email protected]", but the current user is "".
The details for the log entry.Full message:  System.Web.Mvc.HttpAntiForgeryException (0x80004005): The provided anti-forgery token was meant for user "[email protected]", but the current user is "". at System.Web.Helpers.AntiXsrf.TokenValidator.ValidateTokens(HttpContextBase httpContext, IIdentity identity, AntiForgeryToken sessionToken, AntiForgeryToken fieldToken) IP address of the machine that caused the exception. at .... etc ... etc...

IP address:  163.53.199.119
Name of the customer who caused the exception.

Customer:  Guest
Originating page of exception.Page URL:

The referrer URL.Referrer URL:  /en/productemailafriend/89

Users role is always "Guest", and user name "[email protected]".
IP addresses appear a twoo : 219.85.60.115 and 163.53.199.119

I disabled  "Anonymous checkout allowed" and  "Email a friend' enabled" was disablet too.
Unfortunately without any effect.

What should I do?
