API Plugin 3.90 Does Not Find the ShoppingCartItems Method

Hello,

I've been trying to integrate my store with my apps. But the methods "OrderItems" and "ShoppingCartItems" I get error (404) Not found as an answer.

Remembering that I downloaded the latest version: 11 October 2017 in:
https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/2464/api-plugin.aspx

I am using nopCommerce 3.90 and API Plugin 3.90
