Change prices based on date?

I'm setting up a site for continuing education classes being offered by the college I work for.

I have the site almost complete but as I'm adding the products, classes being offered, I'm wondering if there is a way to have the price change for any given class based on the current date and when the class will take place?

For example: The class being offered will take place on November 10-11, 2010. If purchased on or before October 10, 2010 the price is $1400.00. However if purchased after October 10, 2010 the price goes up by $100.00 to $1500.00.

I know we can do this manually but would love to be able to set it up to do this automatically so we don’t have to mess with it later.
