Customer registration by zipcode

I am trying to build website for me. I need to restrict customer registration by zip code. If customer resides within certain zipcode then allow to register else take zip code and then let him know that we will inform him when we will provide services in his/her area.

You can provide one grid.

Within that grid you can load your restricted country zip code.

based on that you can restrict customer registration otherwise set your logic.

this way you can achieve your problem.
