This is on nop 1.5
We have a problem with returned shipping rate amounts being 4 times more on average than the actual final shipping amount.
We seem to have tracked it down by checking the FedEx log (requested from FedEx tech support) that the cart requests too many boxes to ship the items. In this case the FedEx log shows a request for 6 boxes when the final shipment fit in 1 box.
The discounted Ground rate we received back from FedEx was $41 and the actual rate for the shipment came to approx. $12. Dimensions below are in inches and weight in pounds from zip 93063 to 54024.
From what I understand nop somehow creates the request for the number of boxes. Unless someone orders 1 or 2 items the rates are completely out of line.
