I would like to change the shipping fee to zero if a customer chooses a different payment option( I use fixed rate 4€)
Lets say that the customer wants to pay with paypal, the shipping fee would be the fixed rate 4€, but if they choose to pay by bank wire, the shipping fee should be 0€.
Anyone know how to fix this??
