Pictures in forums

I'm currently using version 1.6 and it works great. I just have a question about posting posting pictures in forums. I'm not seeing a way for a user to insert pictures with the BBCode editor or the HTML Editor. I think i read where you have to enter some sort of image tag right into the forum posts? If that is correct where will the image be stored and what is the syntax? Do the other version allow for a user to easily enter an image into the forums?

There are many bugs in HTML Editor (in forums), so it's not a good idea to use HTML Editor for forum. In-fact, HTML editor might get removed in upcoming version. For more information:
