Auto collapse regions in VS2010?

Google didn't help. I don't like the use of regions in the Nop code. Is there a setting somewhere to have Visual Studio to automatically collapse regions instead of hiding their contents by default?

In Vs2010 there is a macro for collapsing ..\Samples\VSEditor\OutlineCode

maybe you have the knowledge to make it a uncollaps at open file
