hello this compressed file nopCommerce 4.20 - Web (no source)  does not contains
\bin\
\log\
\Plugins\
\Plugins\bin\
\wwwroot\bin\

i can not install plesk onyx panel

yes of course extracted correctly
\bin\
\log\
\Plugins\
\Plugins\bin\
\wwwroot\bin\
theres no thoose directories

I just downloaded and extracted Source only version
Yes there is no \Bin directory - .dll's are in the root
There is a \Logs directory
There is a \Plugins directory
When a Plugin is installed there is a .dll in \Plugins\bin\
There is no \wwwroot\bin\
