Email Accounts

When I click from the Administration page, Configuration > Email Accounts sub-menu, the restriction message below appeared: "You do not have permission to perform the selected operation."

I am the only user and a Global Administrator.  What could be preventing me from accessing it?

The message is due to ACL (Access Control List) being enabled and 1.80 not having an entry for manage email settings.
