It looks like when you select "Assigned to order total" it will include the Shipping.  Is there a way to only apply the discount to the Sub-Total, I don't want to give a discount to the shipping cost.

i think upcoming version has option  assign to subtotal - this will be most useful :)


if you need to find out how to do it now, try going to codeplex, view 'source code' find the changeset and click 'view diff'
